Our Customer Service Supervisor online program powered by Generation USA, provides the training, mentorship, and social support necessary for you to advance your retail or customer service career. This program is designed for students who are currently working in a retail or customer-facing role, and want to advance to management and supervisor roles.

  2. VIDEO CONFERENCE INTERVIEW
    Generation wants to support you and connect you to resources that will help you focus on learning. We will use this video call to learn about your experience and goals. We'll also go over the program requirements, times, and dates of class.

  3. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
    Take a short online assessment to give us an idea of your baseline knowledge in customer services.

  4. REFERENCE CHECK
    You will provide Supervisor or Manager contact information. Generation staff will share about the program and ask behavioral questions about your workplace performance.

  5. ONLINE ORIENTATION
    Our online learning platform allows you to learn and grow on your own schedule. Join our online orientation to learn more about how to use the digital programs and connect with our staff to be successful in the course.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED

  • Be 18 years of age or older when the program starts

  • Be currently employed and in good standing at a retail, customer-facing, hospitality, or other similar service role

  • Be authorized to work in the US

  • Be proficient in English

  • Be able to pass a background check

  • Have access to a smart phone or other device capable of getting online
